The purpose of this job is to drive all the human resources practices and processes for all the non sales verticals to ensure percolation of new HR initiatives to enhance service delivery. This role will have a strong interface with Operations and Corporate functions to understand & provide solution on all people issues & needs in alignment with the HR objectives of the organization. The role will be responsible for all Legal as well Employee Relations across the organization and will be the HR representative for the Whistle Blower Committee of the organization to ensure adherence to the Organization Code of Conduct.
