Job Description

The key responsibilities are -

Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication strategies to align with business objectives
Oversee internal and external communication channels to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
Build and maintain strong relationships with media, stakeholders, and industry influencers
Manage crisis communication plans to effectively address and mitigate potential risks
Lead employer branding initiatives across relevant media platforms
Lead public relations campaigns, including press releases, media kits, and interviews
Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across campaigns
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make improvements as needed
Provide guidance and training to team members on best practices in corporate communications

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head Corp Comms should have:

Educational qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Atleast 15+ years of experience in corporate communications within the Power Industry or a similar field.
Strong understanding of media relations and crisis communication management.
Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in managing digital and social media communication strategies.
