- Design and manage structured compensation frameworks and job evaluation processes
- Ensure internal equity and alignment with market standards
Market Benchmarking, Budgeting & Analytics
- Conduct market surveys and benchmarking studies for compensation and benefits
- Develop analytics and reporting frameworks to support decision-making
- Prepare and manage C&B budgets, assessing cost implications and ROI
Benefits, Wellbeing & Expatriate Rewards
- Oversee employee benefits programs, wellness initiatives, and expatriate reward policies
- Ensure competitive offerings that attract and retain talent
Annual Compensation & Incentive Cycles
- Manage end-to-end annual compensation and incentive cycles
- Incorporate business strategy, market data, internal equity, cost impact, and regulatory requirements into reward programs
- Provide strategic guidance to leadership on incentive planning and benefits optimization
