Total Rewards Strategy & Governance

  • Define and execute total rewards strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Establish governance frameworks for compensation and benefits programs

Compensation Structure & Job Evaluation

  • Design and manage structured compensation frameworks and job evaluation processes
  • Ensure internal equity and alignment with market standards

Market Benchmarking, Budgeting & Analytics

  • Conduct market surveys and benchmarking studies for compensation and benefits
  • Develop analytics and reporting frameworks to support decision-making
  • Prepare and manage C&B budgets, assessing cost implications and ROI

Benefits, Wellbeing & Expatriate Rewards

  • Oversee employee benefits programs, wellness initiatives, and expatriate reward policies
  • Ensure competitive offerings that attract and retain talent

Annual Compensation & Incentive Cycles

  • Manage end-to-end annual compensation and incentive cycles
  • Incorporate business strategy, market data, internal equity, cost impact, and regulatory requirements into reward programs
  • Provide strategic guidance to leadership on incentive planning and benefits optimization
