Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Bengaluru for a Head Coach Strength & Conditioning. The Head Coach will design, implement, and oversee strength and conditioning programs for clients or groups, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed. Responsibilities include providing proper instruction on exercise techniques, ensuring participant safety, and creating innovative workout plans tailored to individual goals. The role will involve leading training sessions, mentoring junior trainers, and maintaining a positive and motivating environment for both clients and team members.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of strength training, conditioning exercises, and exercise science principles
• Experience in program design, ability to create custom workout plans, and competency in tracking client progress
• Strong mentorship and leadership skills to effectively guide junior trainers and ensure team success
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and the ability to create a motivating and positive environment
• Fitness industry certifications (e.g., NSCA, ACE, ISSA, or ACSM) or equivalent qualifications
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate as part of a dynamic team
• Passion for fitness and career growth in the strength and conditioning field
