Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Head Chef to join our Cafe project in Indiranagar, Bangalore. Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including planning menus, supervising the preparation and presentation of meals, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining food quality standards, and collaborating with management to create innovative culinary experiences for guests.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation techniques
  • Strong leadership, team management, and staff training abilities
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance procedures
  • Experience in managing inventory, budgeting, and cost control
  • Creative culinary skills and a passion for innovation in food and dining
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Prior experience as an Executive Chef, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training in the food industry
