Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at Kala Ghoda House, located in Pune.
We are currently looking for a Head Chef for our cafe Kala Ghoda House in KP Annexe area, but we aren't looking for a traditional employee. We want a partner to lead our kitchen operations and share in our growth.
We're offering a fixed base salary + a defined percentage of daily sells (not profit, but sell!). We want someone who is as passionate about the business of food as they are about the plate.

Qualifications
- food preparation, and culinary arts
- Leadership and team management skills, including training and supervision of kitchen staff
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Experience in creative recipe development and adapting to diverse dietary preferences
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency
- A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or relevant field is preferred
