Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Head Chef. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, designing innovative menus, managing inventory, ensuring food quality and presentation, and adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Responsibilities include leading the kitchen team, training staff, ensuring timely preparation of dishes, and maintaining efficient communication with suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee kitchen operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
Create and innovate new dishes, especially sizzlers and multi-cuisine offerings
Maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency across all outlets
Manage kitchen staff, training, and scheduling
Ensure hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards are maintained
Control food costs, wastage, and inventory management
Coordinate with management for menu planning, seasonal specials, and promotions
Handle vendor coordination and raw material procurement
Requirements
57 years of experience in the F&B industry, with experience in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of multi-cuisine food preparation and kitchen management
Experience in handling large kitchen teams and high-volume operations
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
