An international university launching its campus in Bengaluru is seeking a Head – Careers, Student Success & Corporate Engagement to lead the employability strategy and build strong industry partnerships that enhance student outcomes and global career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the careers and placement strategy to maximise graduate employability.
- Build and strengthen corporate partnerships with MNCs, startups, and industry bodies for placements, internships, and live projects.
- Develop career development and employability programmes including mentoring, training, and industry engagement.
- Establish an active alumni and mentorship ecosystem to support student career growth.
- Track industry trends and workforce demands to align career services with evolving market needs.
- Oversee student leadership initiatives and industry-linked events.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in career services, industry relations, placements, or corporate partnerships within the higher education sector.
- Master's degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and networking skills with the ability to build strategic industry partnerships and scale new initiatives.
