Skills & Experience Required

Assortment Building: 14+ years of experience in buying or merchandising, preferably in fast-paced environments (e-commerce exposure is a plus)
Supply Chain Knowledge: Strong understanding of end-to-end processes including fabric sourcing, design, production, costing, and sell-through
Vendor Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial vendor relationships
Agility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced setup with a hands-on approach
Leadership: Strong team leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams of 15–20 members
Analytical Thinking: Ability to blend data-driven insights with creative instincts
Execution Focus: Bias for action, problem-solving, and simplification
Grit & Ownership: Willingness to dive deep and persevere through challenges
Collaboration: Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
