Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Partner, you will:

  • Lead business operations and strategy to drive early-stage commercial expansion.
  • Build deep engagement with architects, builders, contractors, and institutional buyers.
  • Develop access to government and infrastructure projects across multiple states.
  • Drive market penetration across key regions including Gujarat, Maharashtra, NCR, and beyond.
  • Identify and activate large project pipelines across residential and infrastructure segments.
  • Establish strong product positioning with consultants and decision-makers.
  • Build and scale a high-performing commercial and market development team.
  • Define go-to-market strategies and operational frameworks for growth.
  • Identify partnerships, JV opportunities, and new markets to accelerate scale.
  • Create structured systems for market intelligence, pipeline tracking, and execution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Brings 13-15 years of experience in tiles or building materials industry.
  • Strong network across architects, builders, contractors, and consultants.
  • Proven exposure to government, institutional, and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of product application in large construction projects.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build markets from scratch.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel and multi-state coverage.
