Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business Financial Management (BFM):
Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Ethnic Business.
Monitor P&L performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and statutory regulations.
Commercial Strategy & Governance:
Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize margins and cost structures.
Negotiate vendor contracts, pricing models, and payment terms to ensure profitability.
Drive process improvements in procurement, inventory management, and cost control.
Stakeholder Management:
Partner with Category Heads, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to align financial and commercial objectives.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.
Risk Management & Controls:
Establish robust internal controls to mitigate financial and operational risks.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to audit requirements.
