Job Description

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for business applications
Lead the implementation and optimization of technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with technological capabilities.
Oversee the lifecycle management of business applications, including upgrades and integrations.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all application deployments.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in financial services and retail banking.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Head of Business Applications should have:

A strong background in technology management, specifically in general and health insurance (non negotiable)
Proven expertise in implementing and managing business applications.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
A commitment to staying updated on emerging technologies and market trends.
