Job Description

  • Lead and manage the direct distribution sales team to achieve branch targets in the life insurance segment.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales personnel to build a high-performing team.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports to senior management.
