The Head Barista role at Three Not Three Coffee is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. As the Head Barista, you will oversee daily coffee preparation, ensure consistent quality, and manage the team to deliver excellent service. Responsibilities include crafting beverages, coordinating with the kitchen for food preparation, training new baristas, maintaining equipment, and fostering a positive customer experience.
