Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of B2B Sales to lead our sales initiatives in India. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B sales and a proven ability to drive growth and revenue. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing sales teams and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic B2B sales plan to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Indian market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor the B2B sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8-13 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or services sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
