About the Role
The Head of AURA will lead the marketing ownership of AURA an AI-powered marketing operating system designed to unify strategy, insights, creative, media, and performance into a single agentic framework. This role anchors AURA within the marketing organization, ensuring it enhances decision-making, execution, and effectiveness across all marketing functions. The role works in close partnership with a dedicated technology leader and engineering team, translating marketing needs into scalable AI-enabled systems and driving organization-wide adoption.
This is a foundational leadership role shaping the future of AI-native marketing within the organization.
Responsibilities
Strategic Ownership
- Define and drive the marketing vision and roadmap for AURA
- Align AURA capabilities with business and marketing objectives
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve marketing impact and efficiency
Cross-Functional Integration
- Integrate AURA into brand, media, performance, analytics, and creative workflows
- Partner with functional leaders to embed AURA into daily operations
- Act as the central orchestrator across marketing teams
Marketing Systems & Frameworks
- Develop scalable frameworks linking insights, planning, execution, and measurement
- Ensure AURA reflects best-in-class marketing processes and practices
- Translate marketing requirements into clear product briefs for tech teams
Change Management & Adoption
- Lead adoption of AI-driven workflows across the marketing organization
- Build training and enablement programs for teams
- Drive cultural transformation toward data- and AI-augmented decision-making
Governance & Performance
- Establish operating models and governance structures for AURA
- Define KPIs and measure system effectiveness
- Continuously optimize performance and impact
Qualifications
- 1015 years of experience across multiple marketing disciplines (brand, media, performance, analytics, or marketing operations)
- Proven experience leading cross-functional or transformation initiatives
- Strong systems thinking and ability to design scalable operating frameworks
- Working knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems and AI applications
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and product teams
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Strategic mindset with strong execution capability
