POSITION TITLE - Head Admissions
Location - EuroSchool - Chimney Hills
ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic and a seasoned professional to drive school admissions in their respective school and to:
Lead the team Admission counselors to ensure that the set objectives & targets are
achieved.
Training team & guiding them regularly for different admissions activities, policies, system &
school level processes by coordinating with School leader & Admin Manager.
Identifying Potential Preschools under the catchment radius of 0 - 10KM and onboard them
under our PPEP Program .
Establishing a Continuous Engagement program through PPEP with Partners by Conducting
Workshops , attending PTM , Inviting them for Conducting Major events in our campuses
like Annual day & Sports Day.
Ensuring all the planned Activities run smoothly by coordinating with the School team to
make sure enough visibility is done to increase footfalls for the event.
Tracking GMBO & Facebook Page for the regular updates & ensuring all the reviews are
timely responded.

Tracking and Analyzing Competition by regular visits , Closely track the new schools coming
up in the vicinity .
MIS – Tracking & Analyzing Qualified Leads & Walkins Enquiries to ensure maximum
conversion into admissions.
Make sure Set SOP's are followed during the admission counselling process right from
Parent entry at security gate till parent walks out of the school.
Ensure All the Marketing Aesthetics are maintained appropriately as per the set guidelines.
Ensure School USP's are well maintained with proper Hygiene by conducting regular school
tours.
Actively participate in lead generation activities like education fairs, expo's, parent
engagement activities at residential societies or even in house events in collaboration with
the school teams as part of admission drive.
KEY ATTRIBUTES

QUALIFICATION
Minimum: Graduate, Preferred: Post Graduate (MBA)
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience. Prior admissions experience will be an added
advantage.
B2C Sales experience, preferably in the education sector (K12 – international schools)
