Head Admissions (B.Tech Program)

Accurate Group of Institutions is looking for a dynamic, result-driven Head Admissions (B.Tech Program) to lead and scale admissions with a clear target of 1000+ enrollments for the upcoming academic session.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver end-to-end admissions strategy for the B.Tech program with a minimum target of 1000 confirmed admissions
- Lead, train, and manage admissions counselors, tele-callers, and digital admission teams
- Handle and convert digital leads generated through:
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website forms, WhatsApp, CRM, and portals
- Monitor lead-to-conversion ratios, daily MIS, funnel tracking, and ROI on digital campaigns
- Work closely with digital marketing agencies to optimize CPL and improve conversion rates
- Design and execute counselling scripts, walk-in strategies, follow-up cycles, and closure plans
- Coordinate with channel partners, consultants, and schools for bulk admissions
- Ensure smooth admission operations, documentation, fee collection, and compliance
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to management
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 8 years of experience in admissions within Engineering Colleges / Universities
- Proven track record of achieving high-volume B.Tech admissions (500+ per year preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital lead generation & CRM-based admissions
- Experience in managing large admission teams and targets
- Highly target-oriented with strong leadership and communication skills
- Candidates from the education sector only should apply
- Must be willing to work full-time on campus in Greater Noida (no remote/hybrid)
