Responsibilities:

• Build and develop your team through your personal and professional network
• Train and motivate team members to achieve sales targets
• Organize and conduct sales visits for business development activities
• Guide and support team members to generate more business opportunities
• Plan and manage weekly and monthly meetings to review performance and set goals

Required Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Finance, or Insurance preferred
