Hdfc - Relationship manager

Responsibilities:

• Build and expand your sales team through your personal and professional network
• Train, guide, and motivate team members to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Organize and conduct client visits to drive business development and strengthen relationships
• Support and develop team members to enhance overall business growth
• Plan and manage weekly and monthly meetings to track performance and set goals

Required Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Marketing, Banking, Finance, or Insurance preferred
• Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply
