Role & Responsibilities

Business Sourcing

Source business through open market and outbound sales activities.
Acquire quality new CASA accounts for Resident and Non-Resident customers via catchment working, cold calls, referrals, and internal databases.
Strive to maximize values in accounts opened independently.
Meet defined productivity norms for self-sourcing.

Lead Fulfillment

Assist in fulfilling CASA leads generated by other verticals.
Ensure adherence to TAT guidelines to meet customer commitments.

Cross-Sales

Generate cross-sales of key products including FD, RD, Auto Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Consumer Durables.

Business Hygiene & Value Enhancement

Manage welcome kits appropriately; ensure proper recording and custody.
Ensure right sourcing of customers.
Enhance account value through regular contact with customers.
Contribute actively to the overall objectives of the branch.
