Job Title: HCM Techno- Functional

Job Location- Remote

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

  • Lead and support implementation of Oracle HCM modules including:
  • Core HR
  • Payroll
  • OTL
  • Talent Management
  • Recruiting
  • Gather and analyze business requirements from HR, payroll, and management teams.
  • Configure HCM modules to meet business needs.
  • Support HR business processes, compliance, and localization requirements.
  • Conduct UAT, system testing, and support go-live activities.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Develop and support:
  • Fast Formulas
  • HCM Extracts
  • BI Publisher Reports
  • OTBI Reports
  • HDL / HSDL Data Loads
  • Design and maintain inbound and outbound integrations using:
  • REST / SOAP APIs
  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • File-based data imports
  • Handle data migration, conversion, and reconciliation.
  • Manage security roles, data access, and user provisioning.
  • Perform system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance tuning.
