Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HCM Techno Functional Consultant . The role involves analyzing business processes and requirements, providing functional and technical consulting for Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to implement and optimize enterprise solutions. The consultant will ensure successful delivery of customer projects, bringing expertise in business processes and technology integration to transform HR operations and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end techno-functional support for Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud across multiple modules including Payroll, Benefits, Absence and Fast Formulas.

• Lead configuration, customization, and solution delivery across HCM modules to support complex HR business processes.
• 
  
• Analyse business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and design scalable solutions aligned with Oracle HCM Cloud best practices.
• 
  
• Configure and support Payroll processing, Benefits administration, eligibility profiles, element setup, fast formulas, balances, costing, and payroll flows.
• 
  
• Perform system integration testing (SIT/UAT), troubleshoot issues, and provide post go-live production support.
• 
  
• Collaborate with technical developers, HR stakeholders, payroll teams, and global business users to ensure successful delivery.
• 
  
• Design, develop, and support integrations with third-party payroll, benefits, and time systems.

• Support quarterly upgrades, perform patch impact analysis, and ensure release readiness across OTL, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
• 
  
• Work with Oracle Redwood UX, including adoption, configuration, and testing of Redwood-enabled pages and flows.
• 
  
• Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and end-user training materials.
• 
  
• Provide guidance on security roles, data access, approvals, and workflow configurations across HCM modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud in a Techno-Functional role.

• Strong functional expertise in:

• Payroll (US preferred)

• Benefits
• Solid understanding of HCM data models, element configuration, balances, approval workflows, and security setup.

• Hands-on experience with:

• Fast Formulas (Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time)

• HCM Extracts

• BI Publisher

• OTBI Reports
• Experience with HDL/FBDI data loads, conversions, and ongoing maintenance.

• Working knowledge of Oracle Redwood UXand user adoption considerations.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex functional and technical issues independently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience working with global stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in US shift hours.
