Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultant to lead and support the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end HR processes. The ideal candidate should bring hands-on experience with major HCM systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and deep functional knowledge across the entire employee lifecyclefrom hire to retire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support implementation and optimization of HR systems and associated processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
  • Review, assess, and redesign end-to-end HR workflows, incorporating efficiency, compliance, and user experience enhancements.
  • Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of HCM tools and processes across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and system configurations.

  • Oracle Succession Planning or equivalent
  • Compensation Management
  • Learning Management Systems (LMS) including in-class, online, and live training
  • Travel & Expense Management (including petty cash and travel allowance)

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong functional knowledge of HCM platforms such as SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement or support end-to-end HCM projects, including Payroll, Time Management, and Talent Management.
  • Experience in analyzing business needs and mapping them to system functionalities.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to support testing, user training, and post-implementation support activities.

Preferred:

  • Certification in SAP HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, or Workday.
  • Prior experience working in large-scale digital HR transformations.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements related to HR/payroll across regions (e.g., India-specific rules if applicable).
