We are seeking an experienced HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultant to lead and support the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end HR processes. The ideal candidate should bring hands-on experience with major HCM systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) and deep functional knowledge across the entire employee lifecyclefrom hire to retire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support implementation and optimization of HR systems and associated processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Review, assess, and redesign end-to-end HR workflows, incorporating efficiency, compliance, and user experience enhancements.
- Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of HCM tools and processes across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and system configurations.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong functional knowledge of HCM platforms such as SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday.
- Demonstrated ability to implement or support end-to-end HCM projects, including Payroll, Time Management, and Talent Management.
- Experience in analyzing business needs and mapping them to system functionalities.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to support testing, user training, and post-implementation support activities.
Preferred:
- Certification in SAP HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, or Workday.
- Prior experience working in large-scale digital HR transformations.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements related to HR/payroll across regions (e.g., India-specific rules if applicable).
