• Strong proficiency in Visual Basic Script (VBS) and Oracle development tools.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using the Oracle Redwood Design System (RDS) and Redwood development processes.
• Expertise as an Oracle Redwood UI Developer, focusing on building Responsive UI and Redwood UI using the Oracle Redwood Framework within Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
• Ability to collaborate closely with functional teams to enhance Oracle HCM modules and improve user experience through Redwood's development capabilities.
• Familiarity with developing custom components within the Oracle Cloud HCM suite (added advantage).
