Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation & Benefits modules
• Proven experience with complex Fast Formulas to automate compensation calculations and processes
• Hands-on integration support between Workforce Compensation and other HR systems
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Fusion Benefits including life event triggers and collapsing event rules
• Ability to configure benefit programs and plans with enrollment and eligibility rules
• Strong understanding of ACA reporting requirements
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekend on-call support
• Good understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA) framework
