Job Description

  • Strong hands-on experience with the HCL Unica platform.
  • Proficiency in Unica APIs for customization and integration.
  • Good understanding of marketing campaign processes and workflows.
  • Experience working with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2.
  • Familiarity with application servers such as WebSphere, JBOSS, and Tomcat.
  • Working knowledge of Linux operating systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Experience with Unica version upgrades and patch management.
  • Ability to install, configure, and maintain Unica software in production environments.
  • SSL Certificate renewal and installation
