Position:Mechanical design engineer

Experience: 3-7 years

Skill: NPD, Product Development,Solidworks,sheetmetal,Plastics,GD&T,DFM/DFA,ECN,ECR,ECO

JD:(3-7 Years)

Experience in GD& T , Tolerance stack up analysis.

Proficient in SolidWorks CAD software (Creating 3D models, Sheet Metal, 2D drawing and Assembly)

Hands on experience in EPDM / PLM for managing lifecycle of the components.

Knowledge in manufacturability considerations for Sheetmetal & Plastic

Create DFMEA and identify relevant product risks.

Identifying the suitable material, apply DFM/DFA concepts in design and Familiar with latest engineering design and methods, tools, and processes.

Experience with standard NPD process. Understanding of compliance requirements.

Knowledge about Engineering change process ( ECN, ECR and ECO), Knowledge in PLM tools Agile

Ability to present and articulate ideas to key stakeholders and leadership team.

Excellent communication skills to connect with stakeholders and present change ideas

Quality mindset in design and documentation.
