JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Team Leader to lead our team in delivering managed services to our customers level 2-3 support 24.7 on Compute (VMware). The ideal candidate will have a good background in people management and be well-versed in the technologies utilized by our team. TheHCI Compute Technical team leadwill be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring timely delivery of services, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
Overall 9+ years of experience with at least 4+ years of experience in people management, preferably in a technical or infrastructure-focused environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with both a team‑oriented and customer‑centric approach.
Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with Infrastructure Services, including VMware administration (vSphere/ESXi, vCenter, vSAN).
Solid working experience with Nutanix AHV and Prism for cluster management, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
Practical expertise in Microsoft Hyper‑V administration, including Failover Clustering and virtual machine lifecycle management.
Proven ability to lead and develop a technical team, including goal setting, coaching, and performance management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive results, and operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Other Requirements:
English Business Fluent.
Global travel may be required.
Additional language is an asset.
Certification Requirements:
Familiarity with ITIL v3 or 4 would be advantageous. Other technical certifications in VMware are a plus.
Exposure to hybrid cloud environments (e.g., VMware Cloud on AWS, Azure Stack)
