This is a full-time on-site role for an HCC Coder located in Chennai. The HCC Coder will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and assigning appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes to patient records to ensure proper billing and compliance with all regulatory guidelines. Daily tasks include auditing medical records, ensuring accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation, updating coding databases, and collaborating closely with healthcare providers to clarify coding-related issues.

• Proficiency in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding
• Experience in medical record auditing and clinical documentation review
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulatory guidelines
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) credentials preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting
