Job Description: 

We are looking for a Hardware Test Engineer/ Electronics Test Engineer (Diploma) with hands-on experience in functional testing, burn-in testing, and PCBA testing in an electronics manufacturing environment. The role involves testing, troubleshooting, and ensuring quality compliance of hardware products. 

Key Responsibilities: 

● Perform functional testing of electronic hardware products 

● Conduct burn-in testing for reliability and endurance validation

● Execute PCBA testing and Box Build testing processes 

● Identify, analyze, and report hardware defects and failures 

● Perform basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) 

● Support production line activities and assembly operations 

● Maintain test reports, logs, and production records 

● Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and safety procedures

Qualifications 

● Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering 

● 1–2 years in hardware testing / electronics manufacturing / production testing
