We are looking for a Hardware Test Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing and validating hardware components and systems to ensure they meet quality and performance standards. This role involves working closely with design engineers and requires a detail-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for hardware components.
- Conduct tests on various hardware components to ensure functionality and performance standards are met.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback for design improvements and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with design engineers to resolve hardware issues and enhance product quality.
- Document test processes and results to maintain compliance and traceability.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to the development of new hardware products.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of hardware testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
- Familiarity with electronic testing equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.).
- Knowledge of circuit design and debugging techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and specifications.
