Hardware Solution Quality Control Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Control Management

Manage and contribute to QC-related KPIs.

Perform critical product inspections at Pall suppliers in line with F&B standards.

Review and approve inspection reports, product release documentation, ITPs, welding books, NDE/NDT procedures, post-weld heat treatment, hardness tests, painting/coating procedures, PMI procedures, and material certificates.

Ensure all QC activities are conducted as per established plans and standards.

• Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with project teams, regulatory bodies, customers, and suppliers.

Represent Pall during supplier and customer QC meetings, including kick-offs, pre-inspection, resolution, and final product release meetings.

Support site system projects and Global Sales/OPS QARA team initiatives.

• Continuous Improvement & Compliance

Apply knowledge of quality standards, tools, and food contact compliance regulations.

Drive continuous improvement in QC processes across fabrication and manufacturing.
