Hardware Service Executive

The Hardware Service Executive is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of computer peripherals including printers, scanners, and other related devices. The role requires hands-on technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot hardware issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain printers, scanners, and other computer peripherals.
• Diagnose and repair hardware issues to ensure devices function optimally.
• Provide on-site and remote support for peripheral hardware.
• Maintain service records and report repairs and maintenance activities.
• Assist users with hardware-related issues and provide guidance on proper usage.
• Coordinate with suppliers or vendors for parts replacement as needed.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Up to 2 years of experience in installation and repairing of computer peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.).
