Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hardware Sales Associate based in Delhi, India. The Hardware Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, delivering excellent customer service, and driving sales. Key day-to-day tasks include assisting customers with inquiries, providing product recommendations, executing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized and professional sales area.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette skills and ability to communicate effectively across various channels
- Customer Service expertise, including handling inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Sales aptitude and ability to engage customers to achieve sales targets
- Basic knowledge of tools such as Paint and related software is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal abilities and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is a plus
- Proficiency in local languages is preferred
