Hardware Engr II - Ideation Engr

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive and support cost reduction initiatives for mass-volume products through hardware design expertise.
2. Lead ideation efforts, ensuring technical and commercial feasibility through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
3. Prepare test plans and perform qualification testing to validate component and product designs.
4. Prepare total cost models and calculate Return on Investment (ROI) for proposed changes.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Master's degree is a plus.
2. 3-5 years of experience in Value & Component Engineering and ideation.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to multitask and work in international teams.
4. Experience in full design product development lifecycle and conditional qualification testing.
