Job Title: Hardware Engineer
Experience: 6+ years
We are looking for a highly skilled Hardware Engineer with 6–10 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in analog, digital, and embedded hardware design, along with hands-on debugging and validation experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits
- Develop embedded hardware systems based on microcontrollers/microprocessors
- Work with components such as regulators, sensors, interfaces, and electromechanical systems
- Perform PCB design reviews and ensure adherence to layout guidelines
- Conduct signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) simulations
- Debug and validate communication interfaces (RS232/422/485, CAN, USB, Ethernet, DDR, Flash)
- Lead board bring-up, functional verification, and hardware debugging
- Prepare and execute hardware test plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, firmware, and software)
- Drive EMI/EMC compliance and regulatory requirements
- Perform reliability analysis including DFMEA and derating analysis
- Support product sustenance, including EOL and obsolescence management
Required Skills & Tools
- Schematic design: Cadence OrCAD Capture
- PCB layout: Allegro
- Simulation tools: PSpice / LTSpice
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment:
- Oscilloscopes (CRO)
- Multimeters
- Logic analyzers
