About Us:

Innotronix Labs is a fast-growing electronics OEM that designs and manufactures advanced LED lighting, SMPS drivers, and IoT solutions for major petroleum brands such as BPCL, IOCL, HPCL, and Jio-BP.

We are looking for a hands-on Hardware Electronics Engineer who can take ownership of end-to-end product designfrom concept and circuit design to PCB development, board bring-up, and manufacturing handover.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design electronic circuits and PCBs from concept to production
  • Develop embedded hardware using microcontrollers (MCUs)
  • Perform schematic capture, PCB layout, and design reviews
  • Design analog circuits, power supplies, and signal-conditioning blocks
  • Design high-current and power PCBs with proper thermal, EMI/EMC considerations
  • Perform circuit simulations and design validation
  • Handle board bring-up, debugging, and hardware validation
  • Coordinate closely with firmware teams for hardwaresoftware integration
  • Prepare Bill of Materials (BoMs), Gerbers, and complete manufacturing documents
  • Support DFM, DFA, and DFT during manufacturing handover
  • Work with manufacturing, sourcing, testing, and quality teams
  • Assist in prototype validation and field issue resolution
Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in hardware electronics design
  • Strong fundamentals in analog and digital circuit design
  • Experience in microcontroller-based system design
  • Proficiency in PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, or equivalent
  • Proven experience designing high-current / power electronics PCBs
  • Strong understanding of PCB layout best practices, grounding, EMI/EMC, and thermal design
  • Experience with circuit simulation and debugging tools
  • Ability to generate manufacturing-ready documentation
  • Solid understanding of electronics manufacturing processes
Good to Have
  • Experience with industrial, automotive, or outdoor electronics
  • Exposure to certification-driven designs (EMI/EMC, safety standards)
  • Basic understanding of embedded firmware and boot processes
  • Experience working directly with SMT lines and EMS partners
