PCB layout designer and validation engineer.

This is your role. What part will you play
- You should have core knowledge in PCB layout designing for Power electronics
converter/inverter & controller
Tasks/ Responsibilities
- Candidate's main responsibility is PCB design according to requirements and specifications.
- Create/change/check circuit board layouts according to assembly manufacturing and circuit board-specific requirements.
- Creation and checking data relevant for the circuit board production (Gerber, BOM,
assembly and test data), control of sample boards.
- Carrying out feasibility studies for new and further board developments.
- Candidate should handle additional responsibility to define, plan, carry out and evaluate validation tests for all PV/Hybrid inverter products, tests for quality verification (requalification's) and quality improvement (reliability, environment, etc.)
- Planning and setting up the necessary test periphery with measuring and testing equipment.
- Candidate should also handle the construction, modification and repair of prototypes.
- Candidate is also responsible for maintenance and service issues in the laboratory infrastructure.
- Candidate is also responsible for laboratory-specific processes such as calibration and electrical tests.
- Candidate should define and plan the expansion or adaptation of the test infrastructure.
- Candidate should support other departments with technical questions.
Requirements Profile
Expertise
- Successfully completed Diploma/Graduate engineering studies in the field of electrical/electronic engineering, mechatronics or similar with relevant professional experience of 3-5 years.
- Must have experience using Altium, Eagle or comparable PCB design software.
- Experience with EMC-compliant PCB design is desirable.
- Knowledge of the manufacture, assembly and testing of printed circuit boards is desirable
- Practical experience with SAP desirable.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of testing (hardware)
- Good knowledge of LabVIEW.
- Basic knowledge of power electronics and control engineering is an advantage.
- Strong technical understanding coupled with quality and cost awareness.
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
