Job Description

Skills & Abilities:

Familiarity with Cadence Or CAD or Allegro software
Familiarity with VHDL and AHDL hardware description languages
Familiarity with debugging/ troubleshooting electronic circuits
Familiarity with using test equipment (eg. oscilloscope, logic analyzer)
Familiarity with developing test software for use during hardware debugging
Familiarity with soldering, including surface mount components
Familiarity with PCB layout
Familiarity with firmware development
Familiarity with the C/ C programming language
Familiarity with design verification/ validation methodologies
Competency in general use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Competency in configuration management methods
Ability to communicate technical information to an audience of any experience level
Ability to work well individually and as part of a team
Demonstrable initiative toward continuous improvement
Good level of English (technical)
