- Perform 4-layer or higher PCB layout using Altium Designer
- Define PCB stack-up, routing rules, power integrity, grounding, and EMI/EMC considerations
- Prepare fabrication and assembly outputs (Gerbers, drill files, BOM, pick & place)
- Work with PCB fabrication & assembly vendors on DFM/DFT requirements
- Conduct hardware bring-up, validation, and debugging with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power tools
- Collaborate with embedded engineers for HW/FW integration
- Maintain and manage Altium libraries and revision control
What We Are Looking For
- 13 years of hands-on hardware/PCB design experience
- Strong proficiency in Altium Designer (schematic + multi-layer layout)
- Experience designing with MCUs (STM32, nRF, ESP32, etc.) and integrating sensors
- Exposure to wireless technologies (BLE, Wi-Fi, LTE/NB-IoT)
- Solid understanding of wired protocols IC, SPI, UART, USB, CAN, RS-485
- Hands-on experience with lab tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer)
- Understanding of power supply design (LDOs, DC-DC converters, battery systems)
- Experience generating Gerbers and working with fabrication vendors
Good to Have
- Experience with high-speed design or RF routing
- Knowledge of EMI/EMC and signal integrity basics
- Experience with low-power or battery-operated hardware
- Familiarity with analog front-end design
