People in the creative field are emotional and opinionated. The person should be equipped to navigate these challenges with calm and firmness in equal measure.

• Sourcing
• Interviewing
• Recruiting
• Induction & Onboarding
• Timely Feedback and Grievance handling
• Engagement initiatives & more

Qualifications

• Experience from service sector, ideally our creative business with a minimum of 3 years experience.

Required Skills

• Be visual by nature. Understand about the creative business. Most of the work is to comb and identify good talent that applies.
• Continuous process, best practices, habits inculcation and oversight.
• Above average English skills - both spoken and written. If this skill is missing, it's a no-go for us.
