About the Role

We are building a unique platform focused on emotional wellness and meaningful human connection.

As a Happiness Executive / Conversation Partner, you will engage with customers over chat and video calls, helping them feel heard, valued, and positive through friendly, respectful, and uplifting conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in interactions with customers through calling to promote positivity and happiness.
  • .Listen actively and communicate with patience and respect.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow company conversation guidelines.
  • Share insights and feedback to improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Class 12 pass (Graduates preferred).
  • Strong command of Hindi and English; knowledge of one regional language is an advantage.
  • Friendly personality, good communication skills, and emotional intelligence.
  • Comfortable appearing on video calls with a neat, presentable look.
  • Prior experience in customer service, wellness, or hospitality is a plus.
