As a Happiness Executive / Conversation Partner, you will engage with customers over chat and video calls, helping them feel heard, valued, and positive through friendly, respectful, and uplifting conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in interactions with customers through calling to promote positivity and happiness.
- .Listen actively and communicate with patience and respect.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow company conversation guidelines.
- Share insights and feedback to improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Class 12 pass (Graduates preferred).
- Strong command of Hindi and English; knowledge of one regional language is an advantage.
- Friendly personality, good communication skills, and emotional intelligence.
- Comfortable appearing on video calls with a neat, presentable look.
- Prior experience in customer service, wellness, or hospitality is a plus.
