Role : Full Stack Developer - Python (Django)
About Us
Hale HIT Labs is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python and Django, along with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and RESTful APIs. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, architect clean solutions, and deliver production-grade software.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications and RESTful APIs using Python and Django
- Write clean, secure, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into
scalable technical solutions
- Optimize applications for performance, security, and reliability
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and continuous improvement of engineering practices
- Strong proficiency in Python and Django
- Good understanding of Linux, Apache/Nginx
- Experience with MySQL and/or PostgreSQL
- Solid knowledge of OOP principles, data structures, design patterns, and system architecture
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks : React / Angular / Vue, along with
HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
- Strong understanding of database design and ability to write complex SQL queries
- Experience with Git for version control (Jira exposure preferred)
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and debugging best practices
- Understanding of web security standards and compliance practices
- Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to a high-performance engineering culture
- Experience in building US-based healthcare platforms
- Knowledge of HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, healthcare interoperability
- Experience with MERN and/or MEAN stack
- Hands-on experience in Python, Django, MySQL/PostgreSQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working in a structured yet fast-moving : B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA
Experience : 2 - 5 years in full stack : Bhubaneswar / Noida
Notice Period : Immediate joiners preferred
