Description
GMP and Hygiene Program Management:
Develop ,implement, and maintain GMP and plant hygiene programs and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing facilities to ensure adherence to GMP, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
Identify non-compliance issues and develop corrective and preventative action plans.
Monitor and verify the effectiveness of cleaning and sanitation programs.
Oversee pest control programs and ensure their effectiveness.
Documentation And Record Keeping
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to GMP, plant hygiene, and quality management systems.
Prepare reports on audit findings, non-conformance, and corrective actions.
Ensure all quality and food safety records are properly maintained and readily accessible.
Training And Development
Conduct training sessions for plant employees on GMP, personal hygiene,sanitation procedures, and other food safety topics.
Support the training department in developing training materials for plant employees .
Compliance And Audits
Facilitate production activities to meet food safety and quality specifications and regulatory standards . .
Participate in internal and external audits, regulatory inspections and ensure compliance with relevant standards like Safe Quality Food (SQF)
Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements in ingredients and packaging materials .
Process Monitoring And Control
Monitor and verify process parameters and product specifications.
Conduct checks of finished goods in the warehouse, including first-pass and second-pass quality checks.
Education: B.Tech/B.E. – Bachelor of Technology / Engineering in Food Technology
Experience: 3 – 4 years
