Co-founded by celebrity stylists Pia Balwani and Prerna Sharma, the space blends creativity, care, and conversation where every client walks out feeling like their best self.

We're a small, passionate team that believes great hair is equal parts art and science, and every appointment should feel personal, not transactional.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Hairstylist to join the Headspace team someone who's technically strong, trend-aware, and passionate about the craft of hair.

You'll work closely with our creative leads, assist on client sessions, learn from senior stylists, and help deliver the relaxed-yet-premium experience that defines Headspace.

The ideal candidate should bring a mix of creativity, professionalism, and an instinct for what makes people look and feel good.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide haircut, styling, and colour services aligned with the Headspace brand of work.
• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend suitable styles or treatments.
• Assist senior stylists during complex colour / technical services.
• Maintain salon hygiene, tool sanitisation, and workstation readiness.
• Stay updated on new techniques, product knowledge, and fashion trends.
• Support social media content creation (before/after shots, styling reels, etc.).
• Create an inviting, comfortable environment for every client.

Requirements

• 13 years of experience as a hairstylist or salon assistant in a professional setup.
• Diploma / Certification from a recognised hair academy (BBlunt, Toni & Guy, JCB, etc.).
• Strong technical knowledge in cutting, blow-drying, and basic colour.
• Excellent communication and grooming standards.
• A love for learning, collaboration, and creativity.
• Availability to work weekends (weekly off during weekdays).
