Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused In-Store Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair colouring, washing, cutting, and blow-drying services
• Handle hair products carefully and maintain basic product knowledge
• Engage with customers, assist in sales, and demonstrate product use (extensions, wigs, accessories)
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and attractive store displays
• Upsell and cross-sell hair services and retail products to meet sales goals

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year experience as hair stylist
• Willingness to learn and grow with the brand
