Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors professionally; manage visitor registration, ID verification, and issue visitor badges.
- Operate multiline phone systemsanswer, route, and log incoming calls with clear and courteous phone etiquette.
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting-room bookings; coordinate calendar updates and notify hosts.
- Perform daily front-desk administrative tasks: receive and distribute mail/courier, manage basic office supplies, and maintain a tidy reception area.
- Handle basic cash transactions and petty cash reconciliation when required; prepare simple receipts and logs.
- Escalate security, facilities, or client-service issues to relevant teams and maintain accurate visitor and incident records.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional telephone etiquette and basic verbal communication in English; ability to converse in a local language is an advantage
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using office software
- Willingness to work on-site in assigned office location and maintain punctual attendance
- Positive attitude, client-service mindset, and readiness to learn front-office procedures
Preferred
- Prior internship or short-term experience at a reception, front desk, or hospitality role
